'Wish You Were Here' Winners – Exhibitionist Hotel

This week’s wish you were here winners are the ExhibitionistHotel in South Kensington, London! Situated within beautifully restored eighteenth century town houses, The Exhibitionist Hotel brings together the heritage of the original property with contemporary and stylish design.

Meet the Guestline Client Sales Team


To enable Guestline to deliver a focussed, strategic approach to managing and driving growth amongst our ever growing client base, the Client Sales team have recently undergone a re-structure.

Headed up by Darren Jackson, the team will be responsible for developing sales of the entire product portfolio across our diverse range of customers. They will be working closely with our customers to identify opportunities, promote our solutions and manage the successful installation and ongoing product life cycle. The team consists of:

Darren, who joined the company in 2007, heads up the team and will be targeted on driving sales of
our solutions amongst our Top 20 corporate clients. He will be working closely with customers to ensure they are up to date on the latest product innovations to ultimately upsell and cross sell additional solutions to drive revenue and efficiencies across their businesses. Some of the Top 20 clients include: Greene King, Wetherspoons, Corus, SACO, Brend Hotels, Welcome Break, Marstons, Roadchef, Relax Inns and the Bulldog Group.

Jo Gardner is the newest member of the team and brings 20 years IT hospitality experience with her. To ensure Guestline are maintaining our service level agreements
and working closely with different members of the
organisations, Jo will be a dedicated account manager for these Top 20 clients
to assist them with any issues or escalate development queries to the most relevant departments.

Martin Tayleure will be developing sales amongst small groups (hotels with over 3 hotels) to maximise sales and installations of additional products and services.

Justin Hewitt and Rebecca Meynell, both Client Sales consultants, will be working closely with our existing independent hotel clients (covering the Northern and Southern territories respectively) to promote our latest solutions, help customers increase revenue and meet business goals.

The team will be supported by Sabina Smith-Thomas who will be dedicated to maintaining service levels and managing queries from these clients, solely focussing on supporting this team and their customer base. Sabina will be moving across once a replacement for her current role has been found.
